Royal Suite

The Royal Suite is a spacious two-bedroom luxury villa set in a reserved area of the the Royal Malewane’s beautiful wilderness. The 510sqm villa welcomes guests of all ages and was personally decorated by the talented hotel owner Liz Biden in a classic colonial bush style, filled with antiques and paintings. The villa can be reached either by a dedicated footpath from the main lodge or directly by vehicle at the private arrival area.

The entrance opens up into an expansive open space living and dining area with high wooden vaulted ceilings. On one side, there is a fully stocked open kitchen and large dining table while the other end includes a large space to relax or enjoy a movie from the comfortable couches. From here, guests can walk out onto a magnificent private outdoor terrace. The 300sqm deck boasts panoramic views of the bush and offers a private pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, sofas, two gazebos with sunbeds and a large dining table. 

The villa also features very comfortable sleeping accommodations. Each bedroom occupies one end of the suite and provides a king-size four poster bed and a large en-suite bathroom with double vanities, freestanding tub, extra-large indoor walk-in rain shower and an additional outdoor shower.

An expert tracking team organizes multiple game drives per day while all-inclusive gourmet meals and drinks are served at guests’ leisure. Adult guests can also enjoy the Royal Malewane’s main lodge facility, including the dining and bar areas boasting a magical backdrop of the lodge’s wildlife watering hole. The Waters of Royal Malewane Bush Spa, offering full-service treatments, an outdoor heated lap pool and a fully-equipped gym, is also not to be missed.
