The 75sqm Vineyard Suite 4 offers spacious luxury accommodation on La Residence’s 30-acre luxury estate slightly removed from the main building. The colorful, art-filled suite was personally decorated by the talented hotel owner Liz Biden in an elegant fashion highlighted by blue and yellow tones. Guests can arrive directly to their Vineyard Suite and have a private parking place.

Upon entering the suite, guests are greeted by a beautiful rustic fountain, dining table and an adjacent fireplace. Just beyond is an extended living area with an extra long sofa, additional seating and stylish rugs. On the other side of the seating area, large windows open onto the partially covered terrace that looks out onto the mountains and offers a dining table, couch and lovely private pool with lounge chairs. The pool area is surrounded on three sides by a very spacious private garden with an additional dining table and is separated from the neighboring vineyards only by charming short walls built of stones.

The terrace can also be accessed from the king-size master bedroom which has an additional small outdoor fountain within its walls. Its master bathroom includes double vanities, a free standing bathtub and both indoor and outdoor walk-in rain showers. On the opposite side of the living area, there is a second bedroom with double beds and its own private bathroom with double vanities, free standing bathtub and walk-in rain shower.

Guests of this suite enjoy easy access to the nearby Terrace Room located immediately next door. This clubhouse-style building offers round-the-clock meals and drinks, indoor and outdoor lounge space, a kids play area and its own outdoor pool. Adults can also enjoy all of the facilities and services of La Residence such as the vineyard, the main building pool, a superb private art collection and various friendly farm animals. Additionally, they are provided with a host of complimentary benefits including breakfast, unlimited hotel vineyard wine, courtesy transfers to/from Franschhoek and laundry service. For those needing additional space, Vineyard Suite 4 can also be combined with neighboring Vineyard Suite 5.
