Villa Two at the Ellerman House hotel offers guests a full residential luxury experience overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is set on a small hill adjacent to the hotel and can be accessed by a short walk from the main building or through its independent driveway and entrance. This 432sqm villa features a contemporary design adorned with original artwork and limits access to guests 14 years and older.

The villa’s upper level greets guests with magnificent sweeping ocean views from inside and out. There is a large indoor living area with comfortable wrap-around couch seating and floor-to-ceiling windows that open out onto a private wooden terrace. This expansive deck is divided into two areas by a freeform, solar-heated infinity pool. Each side of the terrace offers sun chairs to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

In the living area there is an eight-seat dining table and an adjacent fully-equipped open kitchen for easy access. The villa comes with a complimentary private chef to satisfy guests’ culinary requests. Next to the dining areas, there is a spiral staircase providing access to the lower level which houses the three king-size bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom offers ample in-room seating, access to the adjacent private terrace and a full private en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower with mirror and seat and separate bathtub. 

The second bedroom has a small interior seating area, access to a private terrace with lounge chairs looking out over the ocean and a stand-alone bathtub with panoramic views. Its private bathroom includes double vanities and a walk-in rain shower with jets. The third bedroom offers a small indoor seating area, a writing desk and private terrace with a table and chairs looking out towards the ocean. It also includes a full private en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a walk-in rain shower and separate bathtub. There is an additional smaller bathroom on this level for added convenience. The lower level also features a private cinema room with a large wrap-around couch and a small work area.

Villa guests can, of course, also access all of the hotel’s facilities and services. The hotel provides round-the-clock complimentary drinks and snacks as well as bespoke dining through its kitchen-on-demand. Guests looking to relax or exercise can enjoy the ocean-facing 20m pool as well as a spa and 24-hour fitness center. The hotel offers unique features such as an extensive private art collection and wine gallery with daily tastings. Guests are provided courtesy transportation on arrival and departure as well complimentary laundry services.
