The bi-level three-bedroom stand-alone private beachfront villa at the One&Only The Palm provides a true “home away from home experience”, starting with its private gated parking lot. The incredibly spacious villa boasts a private 40 square meter climatized pool within its enclosed garden, with accompanying pool-side gazebo, sunbeds, lounge chairs, umbrellas and dining tables.

The garden is accessible via multiple sets of floor-to-ceiling windows in the suite’s ground floor living room and provides direct access to the beach, where guests have a dedicated cabana reserved for their exclusive use.

The villa’s design follows the Moorish and Andalusian influences of the hotel’s architecture and has chic interiors. The large main living area offers a comfortable sofa seating area, a dining table for up to eight people and an open wet bar. On one side it leads into a fully equipped kitchen and on the other to the spacious master bedroom.

The master bedroom has its own comfortable seating area and private bathroom with freestanding marble bathtub, walk-in rain shower and double vanity sinks. On the ground floor the villa also offers an additional guest bathroom. From here, elegant stairs lead guests to the upper floor, offering the second and third spacious bedrooms.

The first of these has a king-size bed, separate study area and private outdoor terrace with lounge chairs. The second offers a king size bed, as well as its own furnished private terrace space. Each bedroom has its own full en suite bathroom including freestanding bathtub, walk-in rain shower and double vanity sinks.
