The Royal Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze offers unique accommodations in an elegant historical atmosphere. It is located in the nobles’ quarters of the 15th century Palazzo della Gherardesca, the most ancient area of the palazzo, filled with historical artwork including 17th century frescoes.

Upon entering the Royal Suite, guests are greeted by a magnificent foyer that exudes the suite’s special elements including high, painted vaulted ceilings with beautiful chandeliers and original Capodimonte Maioliche-style ceramic flooring. Ample sunlight shines through the double-height windows present throughout the 234sqm suite.

On one side of the large foyer is a dedicated dining room with 8-seat table, ideally suited for hosting. The other side of the foyer leads to a private study room with its own living area. This comfortable space, in turn, leads to the sleeping area. The ample bedroom is furnished with an exquisitely decorated kind-size bed that is surrounded with several pieces of original artwork. Meanwhile, the adjacent and spacious master marble bathroom features double vanities and a walk-in rain shower with shower seat. The bathroom’s most impressive feature, however, is the stand-alone European soaking tub in the center of the bathroom. The Suite also offers a guest bathroom for added convenience.

When not enjoying their suite, guests can explore the expansive network of manicured private gardens including a stand-alone building with The Spa, the magnificent Fitness Center and the outdoor pool and whirlpool. Additionally, guests can take advantage of top-notch on-site dining options including the Michelin-starred Il Palagio.
