The 320 sqm Piz Mandra 3 Bedroom Premier Residence at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is located on the hotel’s second floor. It offers panoramic views of the Engadin Valley from its floor-to-ceiling and double-height windows. Spanning a single floor, this unique residence can host up to six guests. Decorated in a contemporary alpine style with classic elements, guests enter into a vestibule area which leads into the expansive living room. The residence boasts three balcony terraces, and its living area is subdivided into an area of comfortable seating, writing desk and a well-proportioned eight-seat dining table adjacent to the fully-equipped open kitchen. 

To the right of the entrance sit the three bedrooms, each have their own writing desks and dressing rooms. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed while the large dressing room leads to the master bathroom with bathtub, extra-large glass-enclosed walk-in rain shower, double vanities and separate WC. The master bedroom shares a balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, with the second guest bedroom. One guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the second has a king-size bed. Both have private bathrooms with bathtubs, glass enclosed walk-in rain showers and double vanities. There is a guest toilet for extra convenience located at the entrance to the residence.
