The Owner’s Villa at the Delaire Graff Estate Lodges & Spa offers guests a full residential luxury experience amidst the beautiful vineyards and mountains of the world-renowned Stellenbosch wine region. From the moment guests arrive, they experience top-notch hospitality and accommodations.

The villa is accessed by its own security gate and its private driveway arrives directly to the entrance. There, the Owner’s Villa greets guests with a welcoming gallery-style foyer that leads into a majestic large, open-space living area and dining room boasting elegant wooden flooring, high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area offers comfortable lounging furniture and is adorned with carefully curated original works by African and international contemporary artists which abound in the villa. 

The living area and dining room are tastefully divided by a spectacular double-sided fireplace that can be enjoyed from each area. The large 14 seat dining room table provides guests with plenty of space to host, as well as beautiful views of the adjoining terrace and pool area. The terrace, which can be accessed from both the living room and dining room, includes sunbeds, umbrellas, outdoor seating, its own 8 seat dining table and a 14-meter heated private pool with Jacuzzi.

The villas’ sleeping accommodations are just as impressive as its common areas. The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, two on the upper floor and two on the lower floor. On each level, one of the bedrooms offers a super king size bed while other the has large double beds. Both bedrooms on the upper floor have a private balcony with outdoor seating from which to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. The Villa’s lower level, meanwhile, can be reached by a beautiful oak staircase or a concealed private elevator. Each of the bedrooms on this floor have access to a large terrace with outdoor seating. A unique feature of the Owner’s Villa is that each of the bedroom interiors are of comparable in size and offer the same amenities, including a fireplace as well a complimentary minibar. Each of the bedrooms also includes a full private marble bathroom with double vanities, a separate bathtub and walk-in rain showers with panoramic views, a mirror and shower seat. There is also a guest bathroom on the upper floor for added convenience. 

The expansive villa provides guest a host of special features to enhance their enjoyment. These include its own fully-equipped gym, a multi-purpose entertainment room with home-theatre facilities, a full state-of-the-art kitchen and a private wine cellar. Not surprisingly, guests of the Owner’s Villa are very well looked after by a dedicated villa manager, round-the-clock butler service, a sommelier and a private chef to satisfy guests’ culinary requests. 

Of course, when not enjoying their fabulous villa, guests can also take advantage of the many on-site facilities and activities including wine tasting at the property’s own famed wine estate, a full-service spa, an outdoor pool and lounging terrace, an impressive private art collection and two award-winning restaurants. Additionally, guest booking the the Owner’s Villa also have access to a separate but adjoining staff apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room and a kitchen.
