A favorite place to stay in Rome
Stayed: September 2017A gorgeous stay here! We adore this hotel and cannot wait to return! After a fabulous, top to bottom renovation, the St Regis Rome Is more beautiful than ever. We were instantly welcomed by the friendly staff, and taken up to our luxurious suite. Our suite had everything one expects from a St.Regis.The traditional decor combined with the modern amenities was just perfect. Our things were set out with care, and the staff made sure all our formal clothes for the wedding we were attending were pressed and properly organized for us. No request is “ too much” for the St.Regis staff. One afternoon, the concierge even walked me to a shop I wanted to find! The food was top notch- especially breakfast each morning. There was truly something for everyone in an entire room full of delicacies. We also loved coming back from an day out in Rome, and having a relaxing snack and cocktails in the lobby. The location was ideal for us to walk to many of the areas we wanted to explore, and when we wanted to venture farther, the staff had a car for us within minutes. Everyone we encountered at the hotel knew our names, and went above and beyond to make our stay simply wonderful.

Excellent Overall Experience: Truly amazing guest services.. The attention to detail is incredible.
Excellent Assistance With Requests: The concierge listened when we explained the type of dining and touring we like to do, and made spot on suggestions for where to go. Additionally, when I wasn’t sure if I could find a particular shop on my own, the concierge came along with me so I wouldn’t get lost walking, and stayed until I found what I needed!
Excellent Housekeeping Service: Our room was immaculate at all times, no matter when we returned.

Excellent Overall Experience: Traditional Italian decor meets modern luxury and amenities. Our suite felt like our own special apartment.

Excellent Overall Experience: Definitely big enough for both of us to get ready at the same time comfortably.
Dining
Excellent Hotel Breakfast: We were a bit late for breakfast one morning, but they kept the entire buffet available to us- so kind of them!
